I'm assuming this is due to gpointing-device-settings not being ported to gnome-settings-daemon 3.0, and it appears this won't be fixed soon. As a workaround, you can run this and put it in your ~/.xsessionrc:
xinput set-int-prop "TPPS/2 IBM TrackPoint" "Evdev Wheel Emulation" 8 1 xinput set-int-prop "TPPS/2 IBM TrackPoint" "Evdev Wheel Emulation Button" 8 2 -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact listmas...@lists.debian.org
