Are you using a 32-bit or 64-bit userspace with this 64-bit kernel?
Because I can't replicate the problem, and in fact everyone else was
complaining when we were checking for EINVAL instead of ENOTTY (which
is what should be returned).
# /vdb/resize2fs /dev/vdc
resize2fs 1.42-WIP (16-Oct-2011)
Filesystem at /dev/vdc is mounted on /vdc; on-line resizing required
old_desc_blocks = 1, new_desc_blocks = 20
Performing an on-line resize of /dev/vdc to 5242880 (1k) blocks.
The filesystem on /dev/vdc is now 5242880 blocks long.
