Hi brc, I'm one of the debian maintainers of the vim package. A debian user requested that your syntax highlighting support for asterisk configuration file available here:
http://www.voip-info.org/tiki-index.php?page=vim+syntax+highlighting be included in the vim debian package. I happily included it and asked Bram Moolenaar to include it in future vim releases. He would be happy to do so, but asked for a complete name and email of the file maintainer to be listed in the file (instead of "brc007") and would prefer if you as the maintainer send the file directly to him. Do you mind getting in touch with Bram for including Asterisk syntax highlighting in next releases of vim?
