Package: libpam-encfs

with default configuration file, pam_encfs will execvp

encfs -S --idle=1 -v /home/.enc/fraff /home/fraff -- -o 
allow_other,allow_root,nonempty

and fuse will answer

fuse: 'allow_other' and 'allow_root' options are mutually exclusive

removing one of these options do the trick.
