Dear Maintainer,
* What led up to the situation?
Connect scanner, scan numerous pages. simple-scan periodically crashes, maybe
once every 5-10 documents, or 20-30 pages.
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
After simple-scan crashes, close scanner, re-open scanner, restart simple-scan;
scans ok for a while.
* What was the outcome of this action?
Scans work, but some must be redone.
* What outcome did you expect instead?
Scans always work, or simple-scan produces an error message if something
malfunctions.
