The package was previously "orphaned," and as such no request was processed 
for a while.
Processing of requests for addition of new new CAs is pending a resolution for 
bug 647848[1]. Inclusion via Mozilla is still an option in the meantime.

Additionally, the CRL distribution point is not working and Muammar El 
Khatib's signature appears to be invalid.
