Package: cultivation Version: 9+dfsg1-1 Followup-For: Bug #646774 Correction: It *is* possible to plant but it is necessary to plant in (certain parts of) the water. That is, there is no land but some parts of the water behave like water (you can pick water up etc.) and others behave like land (you can plant seeds in it, poison it etc.).
I assume that there is actually land but that for some reason it either looks just like water or is invisible. I looked at a screenshot on the sourceforge homepage and my island looks nothing like that. (Indeed, my island looks like nothing at all.) Obviously makes it trickier to plant since the only way to find a bit of ground is to move around randomly and similarly for finding water. And obviously it is impossible to know whether the soil is light or dark. Just have to stick a seed in the middle of the ocean and hope for the best! -- System Information: Debian Release: wheezy/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (600, 'unstable') Architecture: powerpc (ppc) Kernel: Linux 2.6.39-2-powerpc Locale: LANG=en_GB.utf8, LC_CTYPE=en_GB.utf8 (charmap=ANSI_X3.4-1968) (ignored: LC_ALL set to C) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages cultivation depends on: ii freeglut3 2.6.0-1 ii libc6 2.13-21 ii libgcc1 1:4.6.1-15 ii libgl1-mesa-glx [libgl1] 7.11-6 ii libglu1-mesa [libglu1] 7.11-6 ii libpng12-0 1.2.46-3 ii libportaudio0 18.1-7.1 ii libstdc++6 4.6.1-15 cultivation recommends no packages. cultivation suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
