Looks like README has become smaller then 4K, so dh_compress doesn't compress it anymore. The symlink should rather point to README. changelog.gz -> ../libgtk-3-common/changelog.gz is also a broken symlink which needs fixing. The upstream ChangeLog isn't installed anymore And last, given the size of NEWS.gz (atm 116K) we should consider symlinking that, too.
