Ok, now things get really funny ;-) '/usr/sbin/pm-suspend' a.k.a. '/usr/lib/pm-utils/bin/pm-action' calls 'run_hooks sleep "$ACTION $METHOD' right before suspending. This leads to '/usr/lib/pm-utils/sleep.d/00powersave suspend' being called, which in turn calls - you've guessed it - 'pm-powersave false'. As written before this screws up WOL. So, even if I somehow manage to set my custom WOL options without somebody else overwriting them immediately, they will be overwritten again just before suspending. Is that intended?
