Package: xserver-xorg-input-multitouch Version: 1.0~rc2+git20110312-1+b1 Severity: minor
Dear Maintainer, The README.Debian file for the xserver-xorg-input-multitouch package contains information about the directives to put in /etc/X11/xorg.conf. However, these exact same directives are present in the /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/50-multitouch.conf file. The information in the README.Debian file is thus unnecessary. It should be removed, or maybe just state that configuration for the X server is already in the /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/50-multitouch.conf file. -- System Information: Debian Release: wheezy/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (500, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 3.0.0-1-686-pae (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=C (charmap=ANSI_X3.4-1968) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages xserver-xorg-input-multitouch depends on: ii libc6 2.13-21 ii libmtdev1 1.1.0-2 ii xserver-xorg-core [xorg-input-abi-13] 2:1.11.1.901-2 xserver-xorg-input-multitouch recommends no packages. xserver-xorg-input-multitouch suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
