They should be either removed or made functional. For example, when "Video" is selected, the three aforementioned menu items apear in the menu, but "Take a Photo" and "Take Multiple Photos" are greyed out. These should either be removed while in video mode, or it should be made so that the user can in fact take photos during video mode. Similarly, the "Previous Effects" and "Next Effects" buttons are always shown, but only functional when on the effect selection screen. These should probably be hidden when not on the effect selection screen or move onto the effect selection screen itself.
