Package: lists.debian.org Severity: normal I suggest that on the archive-webpage, all Email-addresses are disguised. This would make it more difficult for spammers to obtain Emailaddresses, plus when "someone" googles my name, they do not need to find all the posts I created on some mailinglist.
Using a throw-away email-address seems not applicable to me as sender, because (a) the high traffic on these mailing lists, and (b) the fact that one always needs to remember setting the "from"-address to the correct throw-away address. -- System Information: Debian Release: wheezy/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.30-2-686 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=de_DE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
