qemu-kvm: fix pulseaudio detection in configure
pulse/simple.h does not include stdlib.h
We cannot use NULL since it may not be defined
Use 0 instead
which is included in 0.15 version. I'm preparing 0.15.1 for
upload to unstable - that one will have the fix for this bug.
