I guess plum fits [1] and [4]. It's one idea to find unmaintained old packages - but this package is binary-all - it's also true that such package just works fine even after three years upload. Upstream does not update this program for a long time because it's mostly completed. Of course, it's sure to update this package's debian version, though.
