I stumble upon a related configuration problem. What do I have to do if I want to change bootstrap options?

It is cre‐ ated during the sge_qmaster installation. Modifying bootstrap in a running system is not supported." Do I have to create a private gridengine package if I want to use a different configuration or is there an easier way?
