Why not mention both?  The main point is that many users need to know
about (and use) one of these packages.

Yes, I looked it up, too.  That was the basis for my comment that swat
was not needed to install and configure printers using the browser for a
debian linux system.  Swat is not needed if the system does not need "to
serve files and printers to Windows, NT, OS/2 and DOS clients."
