You can try my private build which includes -rt16. It's available at
http://cl-658.dus-01.de.sixxs.net/debian/pool/main/l/linux-2.6/linux-image-3.0.0-2-rt-amd64_3.0.0-5_amd64.deb
if the problem is gone with that (and I expect it is), there is no need
to test anything further.
