According to docs and formbox.c adding this to ~/.dialogrc should allow
tabbing formfields:

bindkey formfield TAB ITEM_NEXT
bindkey formbox TAB ITEM_NEXT


It does not.

So either the docs are unintelligible or wrong or the functionality
broken.
