The maven artifact for httpunit references the old group/artifact
location for jtidy - this changed in the most recent version in the
archive.
Results in this type of error when using httpunit in Maven projects.

Try downloading the file manually from the project website.
Then, install it using the command:
mvn install:install-file -DgroupId=jtidy -DartifactId=jtidy
-Dversion=debian -Dpackaging=jar -Dfile=/path/to/file
Alternatively, if you host your own repository you can deploy the file there:
mvn deploy:deploy-file -DgroupId=jtidy -DartifactId=jtidy
-Dversion=debian -Dpackaging=jar -Dfile=/path/to/file -Durl=[url]
-DrepositoryId=[id]
