Package: coinor-libipopt-dev Version: 3.9.2-1 Severity: normal The pkg-config file for ipopt ( /usr/lib/pkgconfig/ipopt.pc ) is listing as a linking requirement the coinhsl.pc. HSL is the Harwell Subroutine Library which has a proprietary license and is a third-party add-on. They are not included in the Debian packages, and make using pkg-config break during linking.
