I can confirm that there is still an issue. I have two zoneminder machines - one to replace the other, both running Wheezy.
The new machine I just built has issues - specifically within zoneminder, when you click on the "add a camera" you can't move between any of the tabs. I filed a bug report for that and was told it may be related to the new libjs-mootools package update. I checked out the older machine, which also is wheezy and was working fine with an older version of libjs-mootools. Applied the update to libjs-mootools-1.4.0~debian1-1 (and just that package) and the tabs now no longer work in zoneminder.
