probably some incompatibility with the current version of mootools (1.4.x), 
which just recently hit wheezy.

would it be possible to try on i386? i've had a lot of trouble with 64-bit and 
certain cameras.

also, are your cameras configured as video4linux 1 or video4linux 2 devices? 
i accidentally broke v4l1 support in the last upload, though committed a patch 
to fix it a while back, and haven't really had time test and upload it.

there's a new upstream version available that i haven't looked into yet... 
maybe that has some improvements as well.
