   Ah, so it is;  so that "Yes" setting must have come from the
existing /etc/default/mailgraph file prior to the upgrade.

    It seems to be just using the existing setting, instead of setting
the new configuration as "true" if the existing/old setting was "Yes"...
(I'm not that familiar with ucf and debconf as yet so I'm not sure how
you're doing the configuration changes...)

    I don't recall off hand if it was set that way by default, but it's
likely that was the case (I don't recall having to change it) and
certainly it was set to "Yes" (and was operating with that setting)
prior to the upgrade to Wheezy.
