I would like all the work that is already done uploaded first, and only then look what is not up-to-date with ZTK 1.1 pytz is not even part of ZTK, and should always be the latest, so this discussion did not need to happen. I can update the ZTK myself, and the bump of pytz version would be one I would worry the least about.
