davical declares a manually updated versioned depends against a specific
version and that specific version only of libawl-php:
libawl-php (= 0.47-1)
this is bad for a couple of reasons:
* if for whatever reason awl gets updated/NMUed, davical is
immediately uninstallable and needs a dummy upload to fix that.
* makes backports a nuissance.
please use a proper depends like:
libawl-php (>= 0.47-1~), libawl-php (<< 0.48)
also, since apparently awl and davical always need to be relatively
tight together, version wise, please consider the same in build-depends
as well, rather than to just unversioned build-depend on libawl-php.
