Package: debhelper
Version: 8.9.6
Severity: minor
File: /usr/bin/dh

Running most debhelper programs with --help gives a usage message,
albeit not a very helpful one:

~$ dh_install --help
Usage: dh_install [options]

dh_install is a part of debhelper. See debhelper(7)
and dh_install(1) for complete usage instructions.

However, running dh --help gives a compatibility warning first:

~$ dh --help
dh: Compatibility levels before 5 are deprecated.
Usage: dh [options]

dh is a part of debhelper. See debhelper(7)
and dh(1) for complete usage instructions.

That warning should not appear when just asking for --help.
