1) "sudo powerd-config" yields:

[sudo] password for nerd: 
powerd-config: the 'dialog' program isn't available, quitting.
  Use a text editor to edit profiles under /etc/olpc-powerd,
  and (re)activate them with: 'powerd-config profilename'
  (Or use 'sudo yum install dialog' to install the package.)

2) The suggestion to use 'sudo yum install dialog' could do with a 
patch as well...
