Is there a debug level that will provide this?

I'm not necessarily recommending the above fix (which was taken from the Web
page that I cited); I am merely reporting that it prevented the error message
and enabled me to connect.

The above page refers to a thread on LKNL, which would be the place to search
for a proper discussion.

If I can help further with debugging output, let me know.

For reference, I'm running iproute 20110629-1 with kernel 3.0.0-1.
