The DEP-5 "Standalone License Paragraph" example uses one standalone License paragraph per license, and reads "you can use a single line License field and standalone License paragraphs"; notice the plural paragraph*s*. I think the suggested debian/copyright would be clearer by following these guidelines instead of the current single standalone License paragraph.
