Are you completely sure it's not postfix that tries to be over-smart
and change stuff under your nose? I've tried with this commandline:

$ reportbug --paranoid -O --email=dummyem...@nodomain.at.all reportbug

and got this envelop:

Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii"
MIME-Version: 1.0
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit
From: Sandro Tosi <dummyem...@nodomain.at.all>
To: Debian Bug Tracking System <sub...@bugs.debian.org>
Subject: asdfasdf
Message-ID: <20110908183412.5407.14037.report...@oracle.matrix.int>
X-Mailer: reportbug 6.2
Date: Thu, 08 Sep 2011 20:34:12 +0200
X-Debbugs-Cc: mo...@debian.org
....

so the email specified is the one used to sent the email. I suspect an
MTA setup to generate the problem, not reportbug.

Regards,
