Hello Rogério, uicilibris does depend on some extensions installed in the mediawiki engine which is sourced.
Did you check whether the extension ExpandTemplates is working for average users in Wikipedia? I suppose that it is not the case, please see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Index.php/Special:ExpandTemplates If you want to turn wiki pages into a book, you may try to export them to another mediawiki with those features enabled.
