hello,

today it happened that we sent 4 different emails with some 5 megabyte
size attachment. (a 20mb zip that had been split to 5 mb parts so that
the receiving side won't discard the emails).

first we put them all into "send later" mode. then we sent all outgoing
mails at once. two of the 4 emails had truncated attachments.

the broken emails were also stored in the sent-folder (which is also on
imap). what i mean is that not only have broken emails been sent, but
these broken emails have also been stored brokenly in the sent-folder.

unfortunately we did not check if they were already broken while being
stored in the "send-later" folder.

after having a bad phone call from the receiver of the mails, we took
the wrong mails, selected "open as new", deleted the attachment,
re-added the attachment and clicked on send. then it worked.

unfortunately it will be hard to reproduce.

the important thing to point out here, is that the problem not only
occurs on downloading attachments, it somehow also appears on sending
email with attachments.

cya
erik
