Dear Maintainer,

I've managed to migrate my systems from my package to yours and they seem
to be working fine with one exception - I don't see any way to have an
entry in smtproutes that allows for a username and password. I don't see
anything online about this on the netqmail package but possibly I'm just
missing it. The syntax I was using in my packages in /etc/qmail/smtproutes
was something like

  :outgoing.somewhere.net username password

and patches can be found on http://tomclegg.net/qmail/ that will implement
this functionality along with smtpd-auth capability

Thanks
