We don't have a core dependency but some modules do require these tools
for added functionality.
For example, lmt can be invoked from acpid or udev on x86. So both are
as Recommends.
We don't depend on hal too in the hal-polling-daemon module. We used to,
but now it can also use the in-kernel interface, if available. So the
Recommends.

As for pbuttonsd and pmud, I think they were Recommended because those
are the only power management daemons available on other architectures.
Since, we also use kernel events now, there are many ways we can be invoked.

Why? Has is created any trouble? You can purge hal and still use lmt?
