Yeah, looks like you have missing kernel headers:

On my system with the current unstable kernel, this file is in:

./linux-headers-3.0.0-1-common/arch/x86/include/asm/types.h

and module-assistant plus the Linux kernel build system didn't seem to
have any trouble finding it.
