Dear Friends,

single quotes in double quotes change if I use the command 'update-mime'.

$ rgrep png /usr/lib/mime/packages
/usr/lib/mime/packages/imagemagick:image/png; display png:'%s'; test=test -n
"$DISPLAY"; priority=2

$ grep png /etc/mailcap
image/png; display 'png:'%s''; test=test -n "$DISPLAY"

Here is my problem (gnome-debian.png is a random example):

$ see /usr/share/pixmaps/gnome-debian.png
sh: Syntax error: Unterminated quoted string
Warning: program returned non-zero exit code #2

If I remove double quotes in /etc/mailcap, there are no more problems.
My temporary solution: image/png; display png:'%s'; test=test -n "$DISPLAY"

Best regards,
Uwe
