surement, just uploaded (but implemented slightly differently).

The data files still reside in the hlint package, so ghc-mod will have
to depend on hlint even if it does not call hlint, but I don’t think
that is an issue. If it is, we can move the data files to a separate
libghc-hlint-data package.
