Hi!
VTK comes with embedded copies of the FTGL and SQLite libraries. This
now leads to an auto-REJECT, as I experienced with my NMU for #506992:
> libvtk5.6: lintian output: 'embedded-library usr/lib/libvtkftgl.so.5.6.1:
> ftgl', automatically rejected package.
> libvtk5.6: If you have a good reason, you may override this lintian tag.

I haven’t checked whether these are heavily patched with regard to the
respective Debian packages, so this issue might either be quite easy or
rather tricky to fix :-)
