Package: pidgin
Version: 2.9.0-3
Severity: normal

Starting some weeks ago (might be since the 2.9.0 series were
uploaded) I started having some crashes, with an approximate weekly
frequency (that is, not often enough to be too bothering). I don't
think this bug is the same as #584576, #519287 or #513103, as they are
all quite dated and Pidgin was quite stable until recently.

Usually I'm not even in the same desktop where I use Pidgin at the
time it crashes.

I am attaching the info gathered by bug-buddy.
