kpasswd without setting of the kpasswd_server property in the [realms] section
connects to the KDC on UDP port 454.
Specifying the port 464 explicitly for the kpasswd_server property fixes the
problem, but this behaviour does not reflect the man page and moreover is
annoying.

Obviously the issue existed on Lenny already - and obviously I change passwords
too rarely, i.e. my Lenny machine hits the firewall on 454 as well.
