Hello Karl,
rest2web only provides a default template when used in "force mode" (-f
or --force command line option). Otherwise you *must* manually specify
the template file, or have a template.txt file in the rest2web site. See
the documentation for details of how the template files are found.

files available.

It would be great if this could be fixed so rest2web works out of the box.
