Package: kernel-headers-2.6.8-2-686-smp
Version: 2.6.8-16

This version of the kernel does not recognize a solaris partition, despite
the option being set in the config file:

SCSI device sda: 143638992 512-byte hdwr sectors (73543 MB)
SCSI device sda: drive cache: write back
 /dev/scsi/host0/bus0/target0/lun0: p1 p2 < p5 p6 >
Attached scsi disk sda at scsi0, channel 0, id 0, lun 0
SCSI device sdb: 286749488 512-byte hdwr sectors (146816 MB)
SCSI device sdb: drive cache: write back
 /dev/scsi/host0/bus0/target1/lun0: p1
Attached scsi disk sdb at scsi0, channel 0, id 1, lun 0

OTOH, installing the 2.6.12-1 package from etch does work:

SCSI device sda: 143638992 512-byte hdwr sectors (73543 MB)
SCSI device sda: drive cache: write back
SCSI device sda: 143638992 512-byte hdwr sectors (73543 MB)
SCSI device sda: drive cache: write back
 /dev/scsi/host0/bus0/target0/lun0: p1 p2 < p5 p6 >
Attached scsi disk sda at scsi0, channel 0, id 0, lun 0
SCSI device sdb: 286749488 512-byte hdwr sectors (146816 MB)
SCSI device sdb: drive cache: write back
SCSI device sdb: 286749488 512-byte hdwr sectors (146816 MB)
SCSI device sdb: drive cache: write back
 /dev/scsi/host0/bus0/target1/lun0: p1
 p1: <solaris: [s0] p5 [s1] p6 [s2] p7 [s3] p8 [s4] p9 [s5] p10 [s6] p11 >
Attached scsi disk sdb at scsi0, channel 0, id 1, lun 0
