When trying to open encrypted PDF that has been encrypted with a long
passphrase, evince simply stops accepting input after a certain number
of characters. Passphrases consisting of 5 or 6 short randomly selected
words are good quality passwords but will be longer than the length of
the text box allowed by Evince.
This is an arbitrary restriction in the GUI, and causes data loss (in
the sense that the PDF can not be viewed by Evince users).
