Package: rpm
Version: 4.9.1.1-1
Severity: normal

Hi,

Running "rpm --initdb" results in this error

"error: db5 error(-30969) from dbenv->open: DB_VERSION_MISMATCH: Database
environment version mismatch
error: cannot open Packages index using db5 - (-30969)"

It occurs both with non-root and root users.
