Package: kdenlive
Version: 0.8-4
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

Hi. I am using Debian Wheezy with KDE and I tried to use Kdenlive. Upon
launching the program I recieved a message stating that there is a "Fatal
Error". "MLT's SDL module not found. Please check your MLT install. Kdenlive
will not work until this issue is fixed." The only option to go from there is
cancel which closes the program.

I checked and I have all available (except -dev -dbg) packages of melt/libmlt
installed. Running Kdenlive from the terminal gives me no extra information.

I am not sure if I am allowed to mark this as a grave bug however the policy
states that 'a bug that renders the package unusable' and it even said so in
the error message that this was the case. Also I assume this might have to do
with the debian package of mlt and not something upstream. Thank you very much.
I will reply back if I find out more information.
