Hi Didier, Sorry for the delay of the answer. I did some tests and I found that it is possible to set the duplex option in the advanced printing options. Nevertheless, in the print options box of the applications, the duplex option is usually present in another section and is here grayed. For example in Okular, there is in the print box a tab called "Options" and there is here a section called "Duplex Printing" in which there is the possibility to set the duplex to either "None", "Long side" or "Short side". In my case this option is grayed and set to "None" whatever the duplex option set in the advanced printing option. The same thing happens with a Konica Minolta C552 printer using the "KONICA MINOLTA C550 PS" driver.
