Same problem here with 1.4.7-1 The log file shows messages:
usb 3-2: usbfs: process 5042 (usb) did not claim interface 1 before use The printer is a HP LaserJet 2100 connected with a USB-to-parallel port converter. Worked before with cups without problems. Downgrading to 1.4.6-11 did not work for me. Only one job can be printed...
