I believe this is the wrong fix. It is more sensible to fix it in the unbound package, by adding a file /etc/insserv.conf.d/unbound with its definition of the $named virtual facility, ie $named +unbound or $named unbound depending on the strengh of the dependency. I believe this to be the correct fix for this problem, and thus reopen this issue to start the process of getting rid of this +unbound (and the +bind9 etc) entries in /etc/insserv.conf. I've been asked by paravoid on IRC to fix this problem in stable as well, but believe it should be fixed also in unstable in the unbound package and not in insserv.
