I've dropped the libgalago-dev b-dep from totem and removed the plugin from the package. It has been uploaded as 2.30.2-8. Please go ahead with requesting the removal of the galago* packages. They have been superseded by the presence framework in GNOME 3. Thanks for taking care of this.
