This error message is confusing and I don't understand it.
I thought -s was for subject (not recipient), and I DID
say -b (and -s).

ssb22:~$ mail -b ssb22 -s "This is a test"
mail: You must specify direct recipients with -s, -c, or -b
ssb22:~$
